Amigos de la Naturaleza y del Desarrollo de Guinea Ecuatorial (ANDEGE)

ANDEGE has been working on the field of biodiversity conservation, climate change and the conservation of natural resources since 2004, but received its official recognition in 2007. Since then, several achievements including: development of management plans for four of our areas, conducting a study on the hunting situation in Equatorial Guinea and conducting a study on exploitation of wood with chainsaw in Equatorial Guinea. Currently with funding from the African Development Bank (ADB), we are conducting a project on the management of the Nature Reserve of Rio Campo, in close collaboration with the local development fund that implements the Conservation Ecosystems of Congo Basin (PACEBCo) in Monte Alen-Monts landscape of Crystal, which includes Gabon and Equatorial Guinea.
